How can i claim back an NI overcharge from my employer?
I started a new job, paid weekly, and received my first payslip after three weeks. On it they have treated the three weeks as one week and only given one week’s NI threshold of £183.
I have contacted them and they have admitted this but aren’t going to do anything

National Insurance refunds are relatively rare and it sounds like you will have to try Mac persuade your employer to look at this again.
