Is my application with a suitable lender?

Can anyone take a guess at what product my case would sit under using the following criteria/product guide?


Combined income 50k
2 CCJ 1k and 3k nearly 4 year old 
Financial commitments - £100pcm repayment to HmRC remaining balance £2100 and £200 pcm child maintenance 
20% deposit against a property value of 190k 

Have I been placed with a suitable lender?

    whether this is the right lender or product for you cannot be advised without knowing the case thoroughly.

    Thanks, the interest rate on the DIP is 3.81%

    the £200 child maintenance and the HMRC arrears were missed as commitments on the initial application, I appreciate everyone’s case is different but wasn’t sure as this had been overlooked if I had been placed with a unsuitable lender
