TUPE and transfer date

Hello, my position is being outsourced to a new company so I'm going to move over under TUPE. Due to financial loss (share options scheme), I would like to transfer as late as possible - in 3 months time instead of 1 month. Is there any way to delay the transfer date? Thanks.

They chose the transfer date love. Very unlikely to stagger it out for individuals. Speak to the project managers/HR reps.0
