I recieve an army widow pension also my two children recieve dependents pension. Will this be classed as income also on my mortgage application ? My pension is for life my children up untill they less as be full time education

Do you have a mortgage broker ?
If not why not speak to the lender and ask them what counts as Income.
I am sure the Army pension you get would however not sure about the children

@sunnyseaside Assuming you have a main employed income, and the army widow pension is for life, there should be some lenders willing to take that at 100% for affordability. The dependents' pension is trickier and will likely hinge on the details.
