Clarks 30% discount on school shoes

In place of their ‘fit ‘til February’ deal, Clarks have offered a 30% discount on a replacement pair of school shoes (you had to register your receipt details to get a discount code). I bought shoes for both my children last August and registered my receipt last night as both have outgrown them after just one term’s wear. I now see that I can only get a 30% discount on ONE new pair of shoes. Not shoes for both of them!. If I’d paid for the two pairs of shoes in two separate transactions I’d have two discount codes now ...... Wondered if anyone else had this issue and raised it with Clarks? And if so did Clarks resolve it?!
