I didn't know where to post this one!
there is a wishlist that I wish to buy something from, the trouble is the wishlist owner is in USA and I am in the UK? Anyone know how to do this, if I click on something to buy it thinks I want to send it to my address in the UK and therefore says its unavailable, its so annoying, the only thing I could think was to set up a US account but I would need a separate email and I don't know if its allowed?
Anyone help?

Yes you would need to create an account on amazon.com.
Yes that is allowed.
For ease of use add a random USA address when you register, that way it won't default again to UK shipping.0
