Changing property after getting the offer

Hi everyone

Our seller pulled out on Thursday and luckily we have found a different property on Saturday and the seller for the new have accepted our offer today.

How easy/complicated is to change the property after getting a mortgage offer. We only received our mortgage offer on last Monday(22/02/2021).

Will bank ask for all the documents again?
I understand they will carry out another valuation for the new property but will they also run new credit checks?
How long does this process of changing the property normally takes?

Thanks in advance :)

Hi JamieFa: I am not an expert but i believe bank will definitely do the valuation of the property again. Is it the same price as of your previous property ? If price is high or low Bank will make the adjustment as per the LTV
