Hoping someone can help
I am discharged from bankruptcy and have 9 IPA payments left to pay
Possibility of redundancy looming at work , will I be able to retain my pay out now am discharge ?

If your circumstances (income) changes before the IPA ends, you should alert the company collecting the payments. The IPA can be adjusted or stopped accordingly.0

A redundancy payment is not income, it’s compensation for loss of earnings.
Now you are discharged it is yours and cannot be claimed.
