@fatbelly I have googled the number in my phone they called me on! Strangely I can’t find the number I rang! But it’s moneyadviceonline . I must remember to be more careful in future. The one I should have used is the number you gave fatbelly. I will be phoning moneyadviceonline and giving negative feedback! I have sent the advisor a return text advising I do Not want to take up the service and not to call me. I have sent an email letter to PRA asking for the CCA. Will see what happens next! Thanks everyone for your support and advice with this.Pay ALL your debt off by Xmas 2021 no 50 Target for this year £12,000

Actually if you want telephone advice I recommend National Debtline 0808 808 4000
moneyadviceonline appears to be one of the multitude of IVA pushers - also not properly regulated.
They say they are a 'comparison service that acts as an introducer to companies who offer regulated financial advice'
So they claim not to be regulated but to refer you to companies who are.
Remind them that clearstart are not. They were briefly, if you look them up on the FCA website, but were removed with an advisory note that people should not use them.
