Bluetooth wireless microphone set for skype??

Hi, I wonder whether someone can advise me how/whiche bluetooth headset I can use for skype etc? I have bluetooth connection on my laptop (external) and I would like to use a wireless, bluetooth microphone set (like the ones used in cars) I tried to pair up my car bluetooth, but I dont seem to be able to. So does anyone know how to do it? I would really appreciate it!! Thank you

thanks, not sure if thats what I would like - Im looking for something like a bluetooth in car set - so can wirelesly link it with my laptop and use it as a microphone and a headphones so can chat by skype and walk around/
