Tax on pension

My mum took the option of a lump sum of £32,000 tax free from her works pension. She has received that money in her bank account. She has then received a pension payslip saying tax deductions of 13,000? Is this amount going to be clawed back from her in some way?

I don't think anyone on here is going to be able to help until you get some more basic information.
On one hand you have referred to tax deducted at source i.e. before the net amount is then paid over to your mum.
But then seem concerned she will have to pay this £13,000 back. Which the payslip shows as already being deducted.
She has then received a pension payslip saying tax deductions of 13,000?
