Tax phone call.

Hi all, had a phone call from Advantis Credit Ltd about tax owed. I paid the money owed from November as this is how long it has taken for contact to be made, then, i was asked to send them 3 months payslips, is this normal? Thought the amount i had agreed with the OR was the amount i had to pay.

Sounds like they don't know you're bankrupt - just give them your reference and the date. Unless this liability dates from after the bankruptcy they shouldn't be contacting you direct.

hi fatbelly, they are the company the bankruptcy service uses to collect the tax that you don't pay from you, on the e-mail they sent it had my bankruptcy number.

The amount the OR has calculated you need to pay is correct. If they try and take more then raise with your OR.
