Discharging OR Charging Order Help

Hello,
I was bankrupt in 2010, and discharged within 6 months, and a charging order was put on our home. I haven't heard from the OR at all since then and we're about to sell our house - how do we go about find out how much we owe to the OR?
Thank you

The amount should be on the charging order, do you still have a copy? Then add on 8% statutory interest (which is charged pro-data daily until it is satisfied).
If you don’t have a copy of the charging order then ask your OR for it.0 -
Thanks - I'll have to hunt out the order, I didn't know it had the amount on it. Would it be recorded at the Land Registry too?Minkym00 said:The amount should be on the charging order, do you still have a copy? No, Land Reg just records the charge.0
