The redder one may have some hybrid in her, but not necessarily. Have you had any eggs yet?

The third picture, the black ones look like our Australorps, they are really good layers.
The combs on the black ones don't look particularly red, so I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't laying very well, but the brown one looked like she should be laying.
