There is a free Nectar points thing on the go and that will convert to shopping in S if you want (depending on how many points you win)

It sounded a bit of a faff.you take on an Amex card for which you gain Amex points.  You convert Amex  points  to avios,  then avios to nectar which seemed to give more nectar points than you exchanged in the first place.  Sorry if I've muddled things even more but it works to best advantage if you're exchanging loads of pts (which I  haven't got!).
