Interesting review from Trustpilot before it gets removed by www.flava.co.uk:
"This is a subscription company, this is not made clear on the home screen prior to taking your card details, do not be suckered in by the NO FEES claims. 14 days after you give them your details, 29.99 will be taken from your bank card regardless of if you have placed an order or not. this is in their terms and conditions about 3/4 of the way down and difficult to see if youre using a phone rather than a laptop. If you have fallen pray to this misleading advertising dont panic, this does fall under that misleading sale under the credit consumer act and you can and will get your money back.
1) firstly contact the company themselves.. be calm polite but firm that you want a refund and to cancel the service. record the call and advise you are recording. get the operators name during the call.
2) call your bank and speak to your fraud department, advise them of the situation, they will cancel your card and block the company from taking future payments.
3) contact any direct debits that may fail due to insuff funds while waiting for the money to be returned. your bank will likely reverse any charges incurred as a gesture of good will. hope this helps anyone else who has fallen into this hole. dont worry if you have, I worked in fraud for many years and i didnt spot it, so dont feel bad."0
