Getting A Mortgage on Furlough

Basically the title. Is anyone aware of any lenders offering mortgages to those on furlough with a 10% deposit. Although on furlough, my company is paying my full wage with no help from the government scheme. It would be a joint mortgage and my partner has been furloughed previously but is now back to work full time. Any help is appreciated!

Barclays at 10%, also Santander are apparently doing it if your company supplies letter confirming you will return when government allows it. I've not tested that last one though
They are tricky cases sometimes so perhaps get a broker to help navigate them as you dont want to get declined all over the place0 -
We got ours from Satander- both on furlough and we had to provide a letter from work saying that our roles weren’t under risk of rundancy etc
a note though they would only lend against the 80% figure wouldn’t give us anymore taking into account we’ll be going back to 100% soon when things reopen. It didn’t really affect our position but worth considering.
good luck! We went through a broker and honesty he’s worth his weight in gold don’t think I could have done it without him haha!0
