Anyone got comments on pros and cons of stone/granite Vs ceramic?

- Be advised the pans are NOT dishwasher safe.
- We recommend using a non-abrasive cleaner for stubborn stains.
- Always use heat-resistant plastic, nylon or wooden utensils on the non-stick finish. Avoid using sharp-edges or metal utensils.
- The granite coating is scratch resistant.
The ceramic has the same issues. You can't put it in the dishwasher. Ceramic is not a particularly hard or tough material so I can't really understand the fad for ceramic knives and pans.0 -
