Unable to provide credit agreement

Following previous advice on here I requested a copy of my credit agreement with a 3rd party company who act on behalf of a bank who I had a loan with 16 years ago. 

It's taken 4 months but they finally got back to me today saying that can *possibly* only provide the original loan agreement with the bank and their own T&Cs for the 3rd party company and cannot provide me with a full credit agreement for the last 16 years as a statement. 

Any advice on what I should do next with this company if they cannot provide a full 16 year statement or is the original agreement enough for them to enforce?

As long as they can provide the original agreement (or a reconstituted copy) that'll be fine.

And if they can't provide the original credit agreement (which they didn't sound very confident of to be honest) what then?

Then it'll be unenforceable until they do.
