Can i change workplace pension schemes?

If you really want to be on the new deal, resign and whilst they are advertising and you are working your notice, apply for your job?
The management should find this prospect ridiculous and agree to move you.
Pension for new joiners are usually worse than legacy arrangements, otherwise they would just give the new joiners the legacy arrangements/change the scheme for everyone.
As others have said you need to look carefully at what you're getting here as something doesn't seem right.0 -
