Need advise 2 find out if it is problematic getting a mortgage on a freehold house with restriction in favour of a dissolved management company. Was in place 4 Road maintance. Now dissolved 4 ten years. Restriction remains but land registry dissaply restriction on sale of freehold House.

You need a really good broker who knows the ins and outs of the different lender requirements, there are no 'lenders' who post on these boards.

Previously you said it was going to be a cash purchase (in December) and have so thrown these posts up on a regular basis.

Did you look into what the Land Registry suggested?

Yes it is a cash purchase, I have not had a mortgage for over 20yrs so have no idea about these things anymore.  The restriction has been disapplied in order 4 me 2 buy. My questions are merely 2 assess if a mortgage would be difficult 2 obtain in the future. I am thinking for for resale. 
Sometimes other peoples experiences are invaluable for knowledge.

Yes I think it just seems 2 be taken little longer 2 complete. However now I know how 2 go about it I can push it forward quicker when I come 2 sell. 
Can only go by what I see at present which is that they are selling well and to people with mortages. There is only so much anyone can predict in relation 2 the future.
Its done now anyway. Complete Thursday!!
