Good evening.
Can anyone please help?
I've had a BTL for a number of years and looking at remortgaging due to expensive mortgage payments to but considering moving to a LTD company.
Can anyone please tell me of the benefits/negatives of a LTD company in this situation?

@funnymonkey The answer to whether your should move your existing BTL property into a ltd.co. or not depends almost entirely on your personal circumstances.
