Any SEISS and mortgage application success stories...?

Last Thursday my partner and I sent off a mortgage application. My partner is employed full time and I’m self employed. Due to a dip in my income I have received all Seiss grants. Just wondered if anyone has been successful in getting a mortgage offer whilst claiming the grants?

    @_AndL_ I've had two offers for clients who applied for and received SEISS I and II grants, but it turned out that the business wasn't impacted and they were able to demonstrate the same to the lender.
    The case would of course be treated differently if the business' current year trading figures did show a significant drop in earnings due to Covid.

    My monthly figures have halved whilst in lockdown but bounce back up in the months I was able to be at the studio. I would expect my yearly figures to be the same as the previous year instead of growing which they would have done without the pandemic.
