Is it possible to sue a cosmetic surgeon beyond the three years limitation?

Not a professional opinion - but generally the rule is 3 years from the time you became aware you had a claim. So, from the time the problem manfested which might be later than the actual date of the surgeryThe force is strong in this one!0
