Mortgage early repayment charges/housing association fee to sell

Hi! I'm looking to move abroad so have to sell my shared ownership house, the fees are extortionate, is there anyway of lowering these?
Halifax early repayment charge 3500
solicitors 1000
housing association want 2200 in fees
valuation 200

short answer, no there is not. Housing Association will ask you to pay their fees as otherwise they are out of pocket for no benefit to them. You are breaking the contractual product term so Halifax will want their charge paid. And the others are payments to professionals who need to be paid.
