Hello I hope you can help.
We have sold our parents property which we inherited and now need to pay CGT. We did not transfer the property to our names. However we have been told that when we were granted probate, the property automatically transferred to us as owners. We are now in a dilemma as to whether we should be paying CGT as individuals or executors. Thanks in advance for any help or advice.
