'sfunny isn't it that some landlords have no idea why certain landlords are unable to understand why landlords have such a terrible reputation.
Artful:. Landlord since 20009 -
RM CylindersA quick google suggests these are hot water cylinders. Effectively a storage tank, not a boiler. The water stored within them is usually heated by either* an external boiler eg a gas boiler* an internal immersion heater, which most elecricians should be able to replace. egIt would also helpif you answered the earlier question about the 'Breaker Switch'.

looked it up they are basically like immersion heaters.
if it has gone faulty i doubt if anyone can repair it.
if it were me i would ring plumbers / central heating specialists (rather than electricians) to see if anyone can replace with a new one. they are not super-expensive - looks like even screwfix sell them.4 -
You could also try posting on https://www.diynot.com/diy/ Either on the electrics forum or the cetral heating/plumbing forum. There are helpful electricians and heating engineers who hang out there.

Artful:. Landlord since 2000Yeah OK mate I think you've served your purpose and others want a go on the high horse. When they come for you, refuse to let you evict, force you to allow pets and unemployed or whatever, good luck with that.I'm in this for the money - you're here for the social validation. Good luck with that and thank you again - input from you is not needed. Here's another "thanks" from me.0 -
