This is becoming typical of Nectar in that they are only catering for those who have a smartphone and able to download their app.  Many, particuarly the older generation, don't possess a relevant device and therefore lose out.  Why not also make the offer online or via a barcode voucher to be used at the till.  It doesn't make much business sense to alienate a section of their customer base.

It's not my article - but I understand it's an app based promotion - where you open the app and tap the screen, It's a promotion designed to bring people into the app. Therefore I don't believe there's any other way you can get them. At a push - if you let another family member install the app on their phone, and log in all of your details - they can tap on their phone - but would then have access to all of your nectar account history and point totals, so it would have to be a very close family member that you trusted if you went down that route.

It's the first thing you see when you open the app. Are you logged in? The promotion runs until March - so if you can't see it - send them a message and ask why.

i have an android samsung 8 and have had nectar app for ages. Logged out logged back in... nothing - uninstalled app and reinstall and the front screen shows my points as usual but does not even mention juicy points anywhere. So am i the only one that has tried this and see cant see anything different?
