Hello I'm new to this and really need advice!! On 13th feb I was due a delivery asda about 3 hours before I received a phone call saying the van had been in an accident and either I could click and collect( not an option as I dont drive) or order would be cancelled so asked for it to be cancelled. Since Saturday I have rang customer services 6 times and spoken to 3 supervisors and I hear something different everytime but they still have not returned my money and no food. I wondered if there is any other way to speak to someone ? It's a fairly large amount of money that they will not return I just want to do a food shop to feed my family!! Thank you for any advice

It's only the third working day, it's possible your bank are still processing the refund, it can take 7-10 working days worst case for it to be credited back.

As above, the refund may well have been processed via card but it will take a few days to land in your account. In much the same way as when you paid for the goods, it left your bank instantly but it will take a few days for the amount (as part of all that business days takings) to land in their account.0

Thank you for the replies what my issue is that each time I ring they keep changing the day the charge was reversed and cant just give me the truth. The call yesterday told me the charge had been reversed on 12th feb but my order was on 13th feb!! So I'm getting told different things everytime I ring. Just want someone to be truthful and understand that they have to take full responsibility for the cancellation. Will keep checking thank you0

They gave me the same excuse on a delivery last year, but I was able to click and collect even though we were supposed to be isolating. When we arrived to collect it, the shop wasn't ready and we waited half an hour. Have,'t used them since because every time, key items were left out.

A relative had to get his daughter to collect his shopping from Asda. This last Saturday when five of the vans had diesel freeze in the tanks and another couldn’t start0
