Nationwide consent to let

Due to the pandemic I cannot commute to work in the Netherland. So if I don't want to loose my job I need to at least temporary live over there.
Does anyone have any recent experience getting a consent to let from Nationwide? I've used the search function and there were a few topics but all of them were from years ago.
Thanks!

@bondox It's fairly straightforward and involves filling in a form and posting it across to them. They will tack on an extra 1% on the interest rate and won't allow any product switches etc while on CTL. This is all from about a year ago, don't know if it's changed since then.

Thank you for your quick reply! Do you know whether they take help to buy into account? The lady on the phone said that she didn't know exactly.
The help to buy people are willing to give me 2x 12 months that I can rent my property out, but it depends on Nationwide they said.
Anyway thank you for your quick reply.

@bondox Generally speaking, if H2B gives you permission to let, the lender *should* be fine with it. They may ask to see some proof.
