The fees seem to be in line with what the firm I used to work for would charge for this type of work (midlands firm, not the cheapest but not expensive). Some work solicitors do e.g. wills and conveyancing is a lot cheaper because of the volumes of work and lower level staff can do a lot of the work. But when it comes to bespoke agreements the staff that would be drawing these up at the firm I worked at had fees of £250-300 per hour2
