Other than these - Aldermore - bluestone -
Vida - Kensington - pepper - is there any other lenders who lend for people in a DMP? We put our house up for sale last year when the market products had A lot more to choose from! Now it seems the goal posts have and are changing and now not sure we for any of these criteria’s?

@LMJ10 The potential list is pretty meaningless (as all of them have a lot of conditions, exceptions, limits, etc) but here goes - Darlington, Norton, TML, Cambridge, Chorley, Loughborough, Mansfield, MBS, UTB are the ones that come up as potential lenders for people in DMPs.Have you taken advice from a specialist broker at all?

Hi yes, I do have a Broker, was going for HTB last year and got the DIP’s but we never sold in time for HTB. I then said I wasn’t going to look until we sold, but we have 3 viewings this week so was wondering what products are out there now. And any others who consider DMP plans0
