Morrisons do you check your invoice
I wonder how many Morrisons online grocery shoppers check the number of bags that appear on their order at checkout (and therefore charged for) against the number used for the delivery. I have found that around 2 out of 3 orders i am being charged for more that being delivered, the latest one to day I received 4 and was charged for 9. Whenever I complain I am told the charge is worked out by the computer when the order is placed and only altered if I increase my order not when the order is prepared for delivery.
Could this be constructed as deliberately overcharging?? And why are they still the only company not to offer bagless delivery?

The carrier bag charge is one of the first things I check. They used to refund (before Covid) if you return them to the driver for recycling. If the driver forgot, I just requested the refund myself on the website. More often than not I was also charged for more bags than what were used for delivery.
I bundle them up inside one bag and write the number I was charged on it for refunding, I've saved them all for when they start accepting them back for recycling
I'm most annoyed at how often there is just a single item in a bag!0
