Nespresso subscription - stopping and starting

Does anyone have any experience of cancelling a Nespresso subscription after the end of the contractual term and then starting a new subscription?

I'm thinking of doing this, in the hope that I'll be able to buy another Nespresso machine for £1, but I don't know whether Nespresso will allow this. Their terms and conditions say there is a limit of one subscription plan per Nespresso member. I'm not sure whether this just means I can only have one subscription at a time, or whether it also means that I can't start a second subscription after I've cancelled the first.

Can’t you start one for your husband or wife or one of your children ?

Thanks PLRFD. That may be worth pursuing, but I think I would get additional benefits if I could resubscribe in my own name from being a long-standing Nespresso member.

I was able to do this no problem with a previous offer whereby I bought capsules and got another machine

Following tvshopper's post, I called Nespresso to cancel my subscription. In the same call they confirmed that I can set up a new subscription with a £1 machine. So they are completely happy with this. I should have done it long ago, when my first subscription contract term came to an end.
