If I already have 43 years of full contributions why is my pension forecast less than the £175.20 pe

    I have just been online today to get my State Pension Forecast, I have paid 48 years NI and the statement  advised me I will be getting £ 200,85 per week

    Hi I am looking to claim pension credit I live on my own my pension is £700.60 a month would I qualify for pension credit I have no savings and rent

    But only 30 of those were used towards the basic pension amount.

    State pension is paid 4 weekly so that is £175.15 per week.  The pension credit level is below £173.75 for a single person.

    You need to ask this in the benefits section of the forum.
    Alternatively use of one the benefits calculators such as entitledto or turn2us.
