Sorry couldn't find a category for this question.
We have been looking into this but we are getting conflicting information. We understand what it means i.e. putting the property into a 50% trust. If anything happened to me my half would go to my nominated trustees. But is it legal, as this is the conflicting information? Would Martin be discussing this at any point on his TV appearances? (which is a great show by the way)
