Thanks for all comments. She lives in another rented property. As far as I know they are aware but its likely she isn't providing us with all information.
Just trying to be prepared and protect myself and my family.
I really have no idea how this all works. If a trustee is appointed will we be able to stay put and they become our landlord?0 -
It's more than likely the property will be sold.
I'm sure she will have information from the OR or trustee it...can you not have a chat with her?1
