Thanks for all comments. She lives in another rented property. As far as I know they are aware but its likely she isn't providing us with all information.
Just trying to be prepared and protect myself and my family.

I really have no idea how this all works. If a trustee is appointed will we be able to stay put and they become our landlord?

It's more than likely the property will be sold.
I'm sure she will have information from the OR or trustee it...can you not have a chat with her?
