The Mortgage Lender - feedback?

Hi all 

We obtained our DIP today, as I have poor credit (2x CCJ, 4 Years old and satisfied) we obviously had to avoid the typical high street lender and found THE MORTGAGE LENDER through our broker

My partner and earn 50kPA, we have put down 38k deposit against a property value of 190k, so don't anticipate any affordability issues.

The seller is moving in with family so has the potential to be a quick turnaround (hopefully)
Can anyone share their feedback on the proxess/obtaining a mortgage with THE MORTGAGE LENDER? Or anticipate any issues based on my credit history?

Hi, we currently have a dip with the mortgage lender obtained on the 20/1/21. Just wondering if you have had any further updates?

Hi.

we submitted full application the following day, hard credit search took place the same day.

valuation has been done and approved, they did come back with a few questions which we answered and they have said late last week that they are satisfied and it is now with underwriter. Our mortgage broker seems to think we should Receive the offer in the next week or so.

how is yours moving along?

Oh that seems to be going quick for you, I believe our full application was put in on the 11/2. They have come back several times asking for extra documents and clarification on certain things. We are awaiting the review on the last document we uploaded, hoping this is the last one

What questions did they ask? Anything after they instructed valuation?
