Can anyone give me some advice? Checked my credit score on 10/02/21 and noticed a CCJ had been added on 18/11/20. I had no idea what it was about so contacted the court who informed me it was from a parking ticket I receive at Uni in 2019. I have phoned DCB legal who have stated that the letters regarding the CCJ had been sent to my old address. I am happy to pay the fine in full but how do I go about getting this CCJ removed when I never received the letters????

Why have you started a new thread on this. You have a very intense version already running?

NO FURTHER INPUTS ON THIS THREAD OTHERWISE THERE WILL BE MASSIVE REPETITION, LEADING TO CONFUSION.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
