I have recently been discharged from bankruptcy 0n the 29/01/21 1 have a joint mortgage and current income is about £1900 per month including benifits
we currently owe £28000 on a mortgage house is worth around £70000 in need of repair needs new kitchen new bathroom felt needs replacing on roof new electric etc currently paying £358 on mortgage with Natwest bank made up of a £104 interest and £254 princable there is a charge on the house for my half
what should be my next move should i go to the bank to see if they will lend us the money roughly 22000 extra should i get a valuation to get the value of house any advice is welcome thank you in advance for your replys0
