Hi can anyone recommend any shampoo or hair products that have worked on fine/thinning hair? There are so many choices

Hi there, I have very fine hair and had been getting alot of breakage when washing my hair. I am 49 and also noticed my fine hair getting thinner as I got older. After alot of rooting around the internet I decided to try Philip Kingsley. I bought a wee set with shampoo and conditioner and loved it so much I then bought the elasticiser. I'm about 3 months in and hair is in great condition with significantly less breakage. It's more expensive than the supermarket brand I was using but worth it. I hope that helps and you find something that works for you.1
