Hey
My 2 year fixed rate with TSB is ending and im looking to sign up to another 2 year deal with TSB.
Due to current circumstances I have to do this online, does anyone know how it works and what documentation I need etc.
I ask here because it's hard getting through to TSB at the moment.
Many thanks

@tony3619 If your current fix is due to end within 3 months, you should be able to do a rate-switch online here https://mso-digitalrateswitch.mg.tsb.co.uk/homeTypically, rate-switches (also known as product switch or product transfer) involve no income verification, no affordability checks, no credit checks and no documentation.

To carry on the poetic theme here, they also involve no liability on the part of the lender for the choice you make in selecting your new rateK_S said:Typically, rate-switches (also known as product switch or product transfer) involve no income verification, no affordability checks, no credit checks and no documentation.

I'm probably going to give them a call to discuss but can you tell me what this meansDeleted_User said:

..."For loans of up to 60% of the purchase price or valuation of the property, which ever is lower"
They have various deals listed under different percentages and I don't know where to look
My property is shared ownership where I own 30 % so would the loan % be of the part I own or the full value of the house?0
