Hi, when I divorced my husband I signed over the deeds to the house to him without taking anything for myself. The mortgages that we had were always in joint names. I now have no documentation as everything was left with him at the property. If he claimed PPI on a mortgage that had been in both our names can I claim half of it now and if so, how?
