How I would make mortgage repayments if the company I worked for made me retire early. I am only 31 years of age and I asked for a 25 year mortgage term. I told them I would take out health insurance, although I considered myself employable and it was unlikely that I would be forced into retirement. Will they make the health insurance mandatory? It's a single application too and I read the question on the application as a potential deal-breaker.

I expect they're just wanting to make sure they brought to your attention various scenarios so you can have a think about what you might do.0
