Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has recently used Ipswich building society and what their timelines were like? Their website doesn't seem to be accurate.
Also, does anyone know who NatWest use for valuations/surveys?

@decs2021 Lenders will have a panel of surveyors (who will act for other lenders as well). Which specific firm is instructed depends on the area and availability. I don't think anyone will be able to pinpoint who NatWest will use for a specific property.
