I would like some advice about Payday loan company what has stated I am due a redress but they sold my loan to debt company. I would like to understand if I’m still liable for the loan as the debt company are still chasing the debt. But I shouldn’t have been given the loans in the first place, as the redress states.

Hi, and welcome.
In order to advise on this, a lot more detail will be required, who is the payday loan company ?
what did you complain about ?
what was the redress offered ?
Who is the debt collector ? are they aware of the complaint been upheld ?
The more information and detail you can provide the better, otherwise we are just guessing all the time.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
