Grand Prize: The grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) shall consist of the advertised property described below.

Grand Prize: The grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) shall consist of the advertised property described below.

The Grand Prize consists of (i) the home located in Oxfordshire (the Property) (approximate retail value (ARV): £2,800,000) including home furnishings (approximate retail value (ARV): £130,000) (ii) £10,000 for first year running costs associated with the Property and (iii) £20,000 for the first two years gardening costs. Actual value of the Property depends on market fluctuations.  Omaze will settle the following taxes and costs incurred by the winner of the Grand Prize in relation to their acceptance and use of the Grand Prize: stamp duty land tax (estimate £250,000); reasonable conveyancers fees (estimated £5,000).

The specifics of all elements of the Grand Prize in the Promotion shall be solely determined by Promoter. Some restrictions may apply. The Grand Prize cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute all or part of the Grand Prize with a prize of comparable or greater value. The Grand Prize winner will be eligible to win multiple Prizes in the Grand Prize Promotion (for example, the Cotswolds House and the Range Rover Sport HSE).  Notwithstanding anything contained in Section 1(A)(i) of the Official Rules to the contrary, the Grand Prize winner will also be eligible to win any other grand prize or main prize (determined by the Promoter, acting reasonably) of any other campaign or promotion at omaze.co.uk (Site), and the eighteen (18) month prohibition provided in Section 1(A)(i) of the Official Rules shall not be applicable to the Grand Prize winner of this Promotion.
