I think it also looks like Rosemary Shrager but Jackie Weaver looks like her too and JW is topical, the question is though, was the magazine printed before or after her rise to fame?

These competitions usually end in the first week of a new month. From what I can see, we became made aware of Jackie Weaver, from the Handforth Parish Council, on February 5th 2021.

I was forgetting that this is online rather than the magazine so unless it’s in the magazine too, then I’m guessing that she was known before they put this one up and the mouth looks identical
