Tax free childcare rebate

Hi there. I've recently found out that I'm entitled to tax free childcare but my eldest son has been attending nursery since October 2019 and I've not been claiming this. Does anyone know if you can get a tax rebate on the amount already paid? I've had a look on Gov.uk but can't find any information on this.
