Stamp duty

Me and my wife are buying a house for £115,500 I am a first time buyer but she is not, do you know how much the stamp duty would be for us or would we not have to pay it with the house being only 115, 500

    Assuming this is in England...
If you are married then you do not benefit from SDLT first-time buyer rates as you would both need to qualify, not just one of you.
But as long as this is not a 2nd property then there is no SDLT to pay as it is under the £125k 0% band.

The price of the house would not incur any Stamp Duty fees. The 'bottom line' is £125k
